This service model is informed by advanced care paramedic experience, vascular access practice, medication safety awareness, patient monitoring, airway management, clinical documentation, mobile healthcare operations, and community-based care delivery.

Home and Community Infusion Support

Potential home or community service models may include physician-ordered infusions, IV iron support, selected medication administration, bloodwork collection, point-of-care testing support, and clinical monitoring. These services would be delivered only when the required medical order, protocol, authorization, equipment, medication handling process, documentation pathway, and escalation plan are in place.

Foxtrot is not being designed as casual wellness IV therapy. It is being built as a clinically aware home-health and contract-infusion model for properly authorized care.

Laboratory and POCT Support

Foxtrot’s operating model is informed by community paramedic and mobile lab workflows, including patient identification, requisition review, venous blood collection, specimen labelling, packaging awareness, timing requirements, handoff communication, and coordination with receiving laboratories.

Sedation and anesthesia services in dental settings are regulated and must be performed within the applicable professional standards, permits, training requirements, facility requirements, and clinical authorization structures. Foxtrot’s role would be limited to services that are legally permitted, properly authorized, and appropriately insured.
