Foxtrot Infusion Services

Mobile infusion support designed around clinical safety and access

Foxtrot Infusion Services is a developing healthcare service concept under Fortimmūt Ventures, focused on safe, structured infusion support for patients, clinics, physicians, care teams, dental practices, occupational health programs, and home-based care environments where mobile or contract-based clinical service delivery may be appropriate.

Foxtrot is being built to support healthcare services that can be delivered outside traditional hospital settings while maintaining strong clinical standards, documentation, patient screening, medication safety, monitoring, emergency readiness, and escalation pathways.

This service model is informed by advanced care paramedic experience, vascular access practice, medication safety awareness, patient monitoring, airway management, clinical documentation, mobile healthcare operations, and community-based care delivery.

Potential Service Areas

Foxtrot Infusion Services may support medically authorized infusion, vascular access, monitoring, and mobile clinical workflows where legally permitted, appropriately insured, and delivered under the required clinical direction, protocols, prescriptions, orders, or partnership agreements.

Potential services may include:

  • Mobile or clinic-based infusion support

  • IV access and patient monitoring

  • Hydration therapy service models

  • IV iron infusion support, including Venofer-style physician-ordered workflows

  • Antiviral infusion support, where ordered and protocolized

  • Medication administration support under approved clinical direction

  • Bloodwork collection support and mobile lab workflow coordination

  • Point-of-care testing support where permitted and properly quality-controlled

  • Pre-infusion intake, screening, vital signs, documentation, and monitoring

  • Adverse reaction recognition and escalation planning

  • Post-infusion observation and discharge documentation

  • Physician, nurse practitioner, pharmacy, clinic, occupational health, dental, or home-care partnership models

  • Clinical documentation and quality review

Home and Community Infusion Support

Foxtrot is intended to support a practical gap in healthcare access: patients and care teams often need safe clinical services outside the hospital, but those services still require structure.

Potential home or community service models may include physician-ordered infusions, IV iron support, selected medication administration, bloodwork collection, point-of-care testing support, and clinical monitoring. These services would be delivered only when the required medical order, protocol, authorization, equipment, medication handling process, documentation pathway, and escalation plan are in place.

Foxtrot is not being designed as casual wellness IV therapy. It is being built as a clinically aware home-health and contract-infusion model for properly authorized care.

Laboratory and POCT Support

Foxtrot’s operating model is informed by community paramedic and mobile lab workflows, including patient identification, requisition review, venous blood collection, specimen labelling, packaging awareness, timing requirements, handoff communication, and coordination with receiving laboratories.

Potential lab-related services may include:

  • Physician-ordered blood collection support

  • Mobile lab workflow support

  • Specimen handling and documentation

  • Point-of-care testing support where permitted

  • Communication with ordering providers and receiving teams

  • Clear documentation and escalation for abnormal or urgent findings according to protocol

All lab and point-of-care testing services would require appropriate authorization, quality-control standards, ordering-provider involvement, and compliance with applicable laboratory, privacy, and clinical requirements.

Blood Products and Higher-Risk Infusions

Some infusion services require a higher level of clinical governance, including blood products, transfusion support, biologics, higher-risk medications, and time-sensitive medication programs.

Foxtrot may be developed to support these workflows only through formal clinical partnerships, physician or authorized prescriber orders, approved protocols, appropriate product handling requirements, emergency planning, documentation standards, and insurance coverage.

Potential support areas may include:

  • Blood product or transfusion support where legally permitted and clinically governed

  • Plasma or other blood-product-related workflows under approved medical direction

  • IV iron and medication infusion support

  • Time-sensitive infusion programs

  • Home or clinic-based monitoring for selected therapies

  • Escalation to EMS, physician, receiving facility, or higher level of care when required

These services would not be offered as general walk-in or casual services. They require formal authorization and clear clinical governance.

Dental Sedation and Procedural Support

Foxtrot may also support dental or procedural settings through properly authorized clinical support models. This may include IV access, patient monitoring, airway readiness, emergency preparedness, oxygen and airway support, and clinical assistance for practices operating under applicable dental sedation standards.

Sedation and anesthesia services in dental settings are regulated and must be performed within the applicable professional standards, permits, training requirements, facility requirements, and clinical authorization structures. Foxtrot’s role would be limited to services that are legally permitted, properly authorized, and appropriately insured.

Potential support may include:

  • IV access support

  • Procedural monitoring support

  • Airway and oxygen readiness

  • Emergency response planning

  • Sedation assistant-style support where permitted

  • Recovery monitoring support

  • Documentation and safety checklist support

Clinical Governance

Foxtrot Infusion Services is intended to operate only within applicable laws, professional scope, clinical authorization requirements, medication protocols, prescribing requirements, insurance requirements, privacy requirements, and medical oversight structures.

Service availability depends on the clinical model, location, medication or product involved, patient risk profile, required monitoring, prescribing provider, pharmacy or product source, and the escalation resources needed to deliver the service safely.

Foxtrot is built around a simple standard:

No vague care.
No casual infusions.
No unsupported clinical risk.

Structured intake.
Authorized care.
Clear documentation.
Reliable escalation.
